Default 8820 - Stereo bluetooth for audio media player YES, for video media player NO

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8820 and it pairs nicely with bluetooth Jabra BT620s stereo headphones when playing audio files in the media player software. But the bluetooth Jabra BT620s stereo headphones are NOT recognized when playing VIDEO files in the media player.

(One way to pair within the Music media player once a song is playing is to hit BB icon and there is an "Activate Jabra BT620s" command line. Within the Video media player once a video is playing, even though everything looks the same, hitting the BB icon does not reveal the same "Activate Jabra BT620s" command line as in the Music media player, even though other command lines are the same.)

Otherwise, Video works fine (speaker audio is fine), and both Music and Video player will equally allow me to "Activate Handset" to use a wired (mono) headset...

Help?

Default

Wirelessly posted (9900: BlackBerry8310/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

I believe this is a known issue - no video stereo. Possibly fixed in 4.3.
