I wonder if anyone can help me?

I have an 8700 which unfortunately the trackwheel has now broken on (unable to click in)

I've had a look on the user manuals on how to use the phone's keyboard shortcuts but I’m still unable to send messages, for example I receive an SMS message and then press R to reply, I write my message but I am then unable to send it as I’m not sure which keyboard shortcut to use...

Any ideas?
