Angry Need Help "Error 507"

Please Login to Remove!

Is there anything I can possibly do to save my 8700? I entered the password incorrectly and my phone locked on me before i could back it up. I just uninstalled the Desktop Manager because it was to blame. It asked for the password and I entered the phone password but it would not accept it and locked up. Please someone Help Me, I feel lost without my BlackBerry!!!!!

You have successfully wiped out the BlackBerry.

Welcome to the BBForums.

Normally "error 507" does not come from an incorrect password entry, and I don't under stand how Desktop Manager is to blame for entering a PW incorrectly. The BB will accept a correct password.

When you enter a PW incorrectly 10x, it will wipe the device of all the personal information.

Default T-Mobile?

For some reason when I go to T-Mobiles software downloads the link isn't working? Is there somewhere else I can download updated software for my BB?

No when I follow the link and select Handheld Software download (v 4.2.1.107) , it takes me to purchasing a new phone. The link is bad or corrupt. Doesn't work, I promise tried it several times to no avail....

Your link works fine for me too, at least he has two options now. I think he just saw the BB pictures on the link and thought it was the purchase page.
