Default Change multiple e-mail accounts icons?

Blackberry Newbie here....

I was wondering how I can change the icons on the BB desktop so that the various e-mail accounts I have shown will have their each unique icons.
Right now I have 3 accounts and the icons are all the same.

I'd love to hear a solution for this as well. It seems like some themes use different icons for each mailbox, but not the theme I am currently using (T4BB-Blue Silk 8830 - love this theme).

I'm really limited with my options because I'm a mac user. I'm still on the original OS that it came with----no updates yet. Darned RIM and their lack of love for us mac users...
