Default Exchange forwarding to BB email

Please Login to Remove!

Hi
I have a customer with 7100 BB with TMobile. Her email is setup to forward her exchange email "user@company.com" to "user@tmo.blackberry.net". This part works fine, she gets all of her mail with no problems. Lately however, when she sends an email from her blackberry to "anyone@company.com" the messages never arrive. BB shows them as sent, if you CC to anyone outside of company.com domain they receive it with no problems. It only happens when you send to users on her Exchange server. It happened after working Ok for almost a year, no changes were made to Exchange or her account recently. There are also 2 more users on the same exchange server who are setup the same way and did not report any problems. TMobile and BB support didn't help.

If anyone has any ideas or seen this before please reply.

Thank you.

This is how we had our users setup until we switched to BES. The only thing I can think of is that maybe somehow that particular address is getting blacklisted on say a spam firewall before it is hitting the Exchange server?

I assume her outbound email properties on her BIS setup have been modified to reflect [email address] and not the default [email address] ?

You do not have to use the forward if the company has OWA setup. I had a little trouble with the forwarding and then I set it to contact to our OWA server and it works. There are times that you will see a little bit of a delay getting messages. Usually in the 1 to 3 minute range. But, it works very well.
