Default One time sync for contacts

Please Login to Remove!

I'm on a BES server at the office that I administer. I am the only one using it at the present time. Can I do a one time sync to my personal Outlook via BIS so I have my contacts stored locally as well? This is more for a back up of my contacts more then anything. Right now, I export from Outlook at work to PST then dump over to personal Outlook. I just want to make sure the one way sync from my bb to Outlook won't get in the way of my day to day functions with the BES.

As always, thanks for your assistance. This forum kicks ass!!!!
