Question Senders email address, smtp convertion

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there,

sending / forwarding emails on my blackberry devices cause a strange email addess at the recipients side - for example:

My standard email adress is: [email address]
My email adresss at recipients side will be shown as "User/Domain%DOMAIN@domain.com"

Any ideas?

I'm guessing you're on BES. If so this is not a problem with the Blackberry. Contact your mail admins.

Correct, i'm on BES.
It sounds like a problem of the domino server which is running on the BES?

I bet the Internet Address field in your person doc is not populated because it's not populated the SMTP task needs to do the conversion.

You should really fill the Internet Address field with your email address.

the internet address field is filled out correctly.
The change within the global domain document (previous post) solved the issue.
