Question Bluetooth Services on 8820

Please Login to Remove!

Is there anyway to add the Desktop Connectivity bluetooth service to the 8820?

Here's the situation: My 8820 was working just fine connecting via Bluetooth to Device Manager. Then I added it to my BES server for Email connectivity. Once I did this, my 8820 lost the Desktop Connectivity service in BT options. I know what you're thinking......"the BES server has an IT policy to disable that service". However, that's NOT the case. Our IT policy is not restricting anything. All it does is sync Exchange mail to the BB.

Any thoughts on how I can get that bluetooth service back???

NOTE: I can connect to the PC via bluetooth and transfer files, just not the Device Manager. It was working just fine, so I know the settings are correct.

Thanks!
