My new 8820 is turning into a little monster!!

It won't dial a number from the log. Instead, it dials the LAST call I made!!

It is now telling me I have messages and then won't show them to me!

There are other things it is doing, but these are the most annoying! Is there a way to reset it to it's defaults and straighten it out??

If you haven't tried it already try pulling the battery out while the BlackBerry is on. If that doesn't work, and you want to wipe the data, you can go to Options > Security Options > General Options > Menu Key > Wipe Handheld.
