any suggestions on best way to sync POP3 address book (Yahoo) with outlook contacts ?

yes - i had a Palm & outlook express & OE had most of the email addresses i need - so i need to sync to web Yahoo & then to outlook 2007, which will then go to BB

any suggestions ?
