Does this new Verizon system software include Rev A? How can you tell if you are getting Rev A service? How much faster is it?

Wirelessly posted (8830: Opera/9.50 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/4.0.9800/208; U; en))

Vz and sprint are both 3g or cdma Rev A. 300K/s vs 90K/s

Verizon and Sprint support Rev A over almost their entire networks. If you use a compatible device you get Rev A speeds automatically.

No Blackberry is compatible with Rev A or upgradable to Rev A. The Pearl 2 uses the MSM6550 chipset, which supports Rel 0 EVDO. The 8830 uses the same MSM6550 chipset.
