Hey Everybody,

I just unlocked a vodaphone 8700v, now using my T-mobile sim and I want to upgrade the firmware to 4.2, My question is which firmware should I use for the upgrade? t-mobile, vodaphone or vanilla? or is there no restriction on which I can use?
if that's the case, which would people recommend? any massive difference in features etc?

Use this one, the latest out. Any OS for a GSM network is fine.

Follow the directions exactly as posted and you will be fine, particularly the part about deleting the vedor.xml file.
