Data plan

Ok so ive realised i need a data plan for my 7290 to surf the web

What one shall i get?
How much?
how much per month?
is it like a sim card?

No, the Data Plan is simply a service purchased from your carrier. Check with your carrier for pricing. It varies, normally there is an unlimited plan which is the best value, though costlier.
