I set my email up (or so I thought) with a Verizon person on the phone, but I haven't received an emails on my BB. I sent several tests to myself. I sent an email that worked fine. Anyway here is what I have tried:
-Taking battery out for extended time and restarting phone.
-Going to the Host Routing Table and re-registering.
I tried to do the Enterprise Activation, but it just timed out.
Check out the FAQ as well. Some good info there. Remember, it takes 15 or 20 mins for your email to start arriving via BIS. Then it should show up about every 15 minutes.
On your email client setup on your PC, make sure you have "Leave Messages on Server" checked. Otherwise the mail will get downloaded to the PC to Outlook or whatever you use, and then deleted on the server. Most will never reach your BB.
