Just upgraded to the 220.127.116.11 yesterday.
1. It deactivated my BES.
And I'm still having problems getting it reconnected IT guys are stumped too.
2. About 1/2 the time I can't make out going calls. When dialing I get connecting....that will sit for a long time and not go to a connected state. I can recieve them (I think) but I cannot make them. I thought it was the Zen theme so I tried the VzW default. I notice if I change themes I can make calls initially but after the handset sits awhile it doesn't work again, themes don't seem to be the issue. SMS seems to be about the same too. I can get them but can't seem to send them about 1/2 the time and when I can send SMS it doesn't seem coincide with the voice call issue. After I get a call or a SMS I can make outbound calls and SMS. BIS continues to work without issues.
The problem making calls is a major issue. I have a technical incident open with VzW, they haven't seen/heard of the problem yet.
I've tried having them send new service books down.
It registers with the network just fine.
Got any ideas?
