Hi. After I pick BB as the manufacturer, the closest download link (via wap to phone direct) choice to the 8830 seems to be "8800". When I click it I immediately get the error: "can not remove handler". Help? Thanks!

From your device?

Yes, that is what I did... no luck after several tries. I've read elsewhere that VZ might be blocking it, but don't know for sure. However, on the advice of some other posts on this board, I did a download from desktop, selecting #8800 as the model number. It loaded & launched just fine, without any problems after a couple hours of use.
Thanks.

I am glad you were able to get in.

How about the connection?
Do you eventually have to reboot after certain amount of usage?
