Exclamation 7100t USB Driver for Win98SE?

Please Login to Remove!

My sister just gave me her old blackberry and for the first time I tried to connect it to my PC running Windows 98SE. As expected Windows 98 couldn't find any driver for the phone. My question is, is there any drivers out there that work for Windows 98?

P.S.- Please don't tell me to upgrade to XP or Vista, I have a reason for staying with 98.

-Thank You-

The drivers for the BlackBerry are included in Desktop Manager. Download Desktop Manager from the BlackBerry support web site.

It's a full program installation; the drivers are included.
I have not used Windows 98 in years, so I can't answer that question.
Given that the OS is no longer supported, oh, sorry, never mind....

Download version 4.0 or 4.1 depending on your handheld's OS and you'll be fine

There is an option to download just the drivers if you dont want the whole Desktop Manager application. And its not just Windows 98. No Windows OS has the required drivers by default.

oK, I downloaded the Device Manager Only and it seemed to help. My BB is finally recognized but I don't know what to do. It says connected in the BB Device Manager Utility but how do I access the BlackBerry. There is no new drives that pop up.

Here is a Screenshot:

Here's a good place to start - Using BlackBerry As Modem - BlackBerryFAQ

It would have been helpful if you had stated up front what you were trying to do!

Note: The BB does not behave the same as the Razr.
