After the tests what i did and found out the only way around this problem would be that you reload the software via application loader and it will wipe the device and third party stuff & then re load the software & then re-activation with the BES Server ( if you are using one ).
I also tired the remote password via BES Server but that doesn't still work.
That is the only way around but i will confiirm with RIM and then see what there would say about this sympton. and post the reply to RIM here
