T-mo said upgrade OS to 4.2 to see if that helps .. and of course that did nothing.
Looking at my device, it's got some dust/dirt build up in crevices, so maybe I need to open it up and clean it out.
Has anybody run into this?
Also, any way to map another key to the Esc/Cancel/Close/Back function in the meantime? There are menus that don't even offer this so I end up having to pull the battery. Also, any way to kill applications that are running on the device when outside the application?
I guess I'm looking for a new 8700 if none of this works.
