Exclamation 7130c issue, please help!

I ordered the blackberry 7130c from and ever

Where did you get the device? Is it new? If so, return it for another device. Is it used? It's likely some kind of hardware problem since an OS reload didn't fix it.

the device was bought off e-bay, and the seller told me to try this website before he takes action to replace it. any advice ?!

Yes, call them back and tell them you have been here and Mr. John Clark himself says the device is defective and they need to replace it!

Seriously, it sounds like hardware and there is nothing left to do. Sorry for the trouble you are having.

Lightbulb Well.

I would turn it on... very quicky go to options, secruity options, general settings, click the track whell , then go to wipe hand held, let it wipe itself then see what happends maybe it will snap out of it? its worth trying.....

do it for laughs and get back to me....... I bet it works:P but, seriously try it

its been done more than once and it is still not working correctly, it works better with my sim card out, rather than in.

Well, Thats not a hardware problem, Its software. Make sure you'er getting the 4.3 specfic for the 7130c.

other than that i will reserch more and ask me friends...TTYL! Or respond back
