Question Deskstop Manager issues (screenshot)

I get the above windows when I try to run the Application Loader. I can run the other applications on the desktop manager just fine. Any ideas?

Download the OS for your particular device from your carrier. Then install it. This will put the device software where the desktop manager can find it.

BlackBerry Operating System Downloads - BlackBerryFAQ
should point you to the right download location for your carrier.
