I have tried to connect to my BB using bluetooth and it recognizes the 8800 ok but comes up with an error when checking the phone settings.
Can anyone help? I have set the BB to "discoverable" and turned off the firewall.

I did not get anyone to answer this question so I put it to rest.
I did get the TomTom GO720 to work with the BB 8800.

I called TomTom and started the traffic info and I am receiving it very nicely. The only problem left is using the phone part. I am unable to call from the TT thru the BB. The address book is also not available.
