My Nextel 7100i had technical problems and was replaced last week. Must say, outstanding support from Nextel and my local dealer.

After the data was transferred to the new unit, Nextel support assisted me in setting up three email accounts. After setup, two icons for for the Sprint/Nextel email account appear on unit's screen.

The unit works flawlessly and all my email accounts are operational. I tried to "hide" one of the icons however this only resulted in both being hidden.

Nextel support had no answer. Any thoughts on how to remove one of the duplicate icons for this email account.
