Hi I have just moved over to the Blackberry 8820 from a Windows PDA Phone. I bought the Blackberry on Ebay as it was brand new and on the Orange network. I have a pay as you go sim in it at the moment. However when I start the set up, I only get the option " I want to use a email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server", I don't get the " I want to create or add an email address". Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

You don't have a BlackBerry Data Plan with your carrier. You must do to get the email setup, data and internet.I don't know if Orange allows PAYGo plans with Data Plans, you will need to ask.

HI thanks for the reply, I use to be able to email from my PDA using my orange email account. But the other thing is that I cant get the Blackberry to get emails from Outlook? Any or is it really that i need the dataplan?
