Default Can't log into BIS

Please Login to Remove!

I can't seem to log into the BIS. I use Sprint and have logged into it before but I can't get in now. I called Sprint and worked for some time with a blackberry expert. She was able to get into my account after changing my password but I can't. I can't set up a new account because it says my pin is already set up. Where do I go from here? I want to create that filter so my emails don't get sent back to my address.

Any idea?

What is the email problem? Are you getting copies of mail sent from the BB?

If so, that isn't a filter issue. You still need to get into the BIS account, but you need to delete the AUTO BCC.

I called Sprint customer service back and finally got someone to unlock the password. That took care of the first issue, and your suggestion resolved the second issue.

Tks.
