Default Importing my BB Address Book to Microsoft Outlook

can someone please give me a step by step to import by BB address book to microsoft outlook.

my goal is to import all my contacts so that i can then put those contacts onto an iphone.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are all the contacts on the BB or on the SIM card?

I suggest you read the FAQ here on the site and your user manual. This is covered.

If they are on the BB, download Desktop Manager 4.2 SP@ from the RIM website or use the version that came on the CD with your BB.

Once that it done, connect the BB to the PC. Open DM and have it connect with the BB. Might take a couple minutes to find. Go to Intellesync and configure each application to sync with Outlook and then hit Synchronize.
