I have an employee that someone got his call log mixed with his email. Meaning when he goes into his messages folder is displays both the call log and the email. How can i remove the call log and make his mail folder just display his mail/sms. Thanks!

He or she, on the BB, can go to the Phone Dialer screen > Options > Call Logging > NONE, or as they desire. That will remove it from the message folder.

Personally for me, I keep my missed calls logged there.
