well we a verizon employee and i tried to fix it for two hours, we could'nt figure it out. i think it has something to do with that it policy thing but i'm not very smart with phone's lol. i actually went to another verizon store he asked me to bring it up tomarrow so i'll see if he knows whats wrong with it, i've noticed alot of people are having this problem and i havent seen a way to fix it so if i find out ill be sure to tell everyone how i got it resolved.
if not, and someone know's how to fix it. help would be much appreciated:]
