I am new to this. I was trying to set up my yahoo e-mail. When go through the steps i get this message "Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access Blackberry Internet Service.

What do I do?

You need to go to your carriers bis website and set up your bis acct! Though you should be able to do it from your device

Do you have a BB Data Plan from SunComm?

If so, you will get an icon on your BB for Email Setup.

Thanks for your help I called my carrier and they fixed it for me.
