Nothing. It just grows and grows and grows. Its a real pain in the ass when activating a new device for someone that is heavy cell user. I have had activations take over 9 hours because there were 24,000+ entries in the phone call log. Now that we are on BES 4.1 we can chose not to restore this info, but that wasn't an option in BES 4.0
