Recently, my company's BES server went down over the weekend. Due to that I had to re-activate my account. But i no longer see any of my old emails.
Support keeps telling me that there is no way to get your old emails back after you re-activate an account. Is this true?
I have spoken to other IT people and they are telling me that the emails are stored on the BES server and I should be able to get back my old messages.
Anyone have a way to resolve this?
