Default HELP!!! Reactivated account no longer see my old email

Please Login to Remove!

Recently, my company's BES server went down over the weekend. Due to that I had to re-activate my account. But i no longer see any of my old emails.

Support keeps telling me that there is no way to get your old emails back after you re-activate an account. Is this true?

I have spoken to other IT people and they are telling me that the emails are stored on the BES server and I should be able to get back my old messages.

Anyone have a way to resolve this?

If the emails are still on your server then you should be able to get them back on your BB. I think there is an option to specify how many days worth of emails get loaded when you do an Enterprise Activation. This would have to be done on the BES.
