I've been having a few issues with the profiles on my blackberry.
I get the proper notification for everything except emails. No matter what I change the setting to, whether it be vibrate or tone or vibrate+tone I don't get anything when I get an email. It does this on both the vibrate and normal profile which are the only ones I use.
Any ideas as to what it could be?
On a side note yesterday morning it was working right after I went through enterprise activation to get it on the company BES. I don't recall when it stopped working yesterday but it has and I can't figure it out.

sjs, pull the battery while powered on, and reboot the 8830.

See if it works properly now?

The profiles have the emails ringer muted by default, mine did it, but went in and reset them.
