Please Login to Remove!

Hi!! I'm using a 8800 & trying to synch my outlook data using a Desktop Manager Ver 4.2.1.6

It was working till I upgraded my Outlook to 2003. Now it gives an error "Function msgStore failed". Need help please!

Thanks,

Rohitnar,
Get Desktop Manager ver 4.3 and see if that works for you. I'm using it at home and at work with Outlook 2003 and all is good. Ver 4.3 gives you more options when synching time-related data (calendar and tasks). You can choose to synch only future items, avoiding the rewriting of expired items between the phone and computer. You can get the file from https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...93E4F3BB068C22.

Since you upgraded to Outlook 2003, uninstall your current Desktop Manager. Download and reinstall DM 4.2 SP2 (or SP3) DM 4.3 still has a few bugs whereas 4.2 is fairly good. Go back and reconfigure Intellesync and let it do its thing. That shoudl work. If for some reason, it won't, pull the battery for about 30 seconds or so on the BB and then try to sync again.
