| There should be a code that you can get from Bell for returning the device to the factory defaults.
For example, on Sprint, I would 'dial' ##786 and then put in the MSL code (specific to that device) and it would both wipe the device and put a generic number (starting with 000000) for the phone number.
Try giving Bell a call.... or maybe someone else here knows.
