Default Help-Problem with 4.2upgrade (8830)

Please Login to Remove!

Since I upgraged, I know longer have send option to reply to enterprise emails. Gmail and Hotmail work fine. Normally it is on drop down between Clear Field and Save Draft. It is just not there
I can workaround by forwarding back to sender. That works.
Anyone else having this problem

You need to call your IT department. Sounds like your missing service books for your BES.

I had that same problem with both 8830 (verizon's) that I updated. I had to delete the users from BES and re-add them back in for it to work (mine and my boss') doesn't take long just a pain.

I had tried the service book and resets and battery pulls as well before deleting from BES. there is a thread in here about the same thing I believe.
