Default Verizon 8703e - VZNAV??? - No Way?

Please Login to Remove!

So there is no way to use VZNav or any other Nav system on the 8703e??..is that correct? Even if upgraded to 4.2???? -

No there's not. For some reason verizon has forsaken the 8703e.

Looking at Verizon's website, the 8703e isn't listed as a VZ Navigator enabled device.

VZ Navigator Cell Phones - Verizon Wireless

You can try Google Maps. It's not the same as GPS but can be useful. The other option is a Bluetooth GPS puck.

To get GPS navigation on a VZW 8703e, you can use a Bluetooth GPS receiver(puck) and TeleNav 4.7. The cost is the same as VZ Navigator. As Daphne mentioned, Google Maps is a viable alternative although not as accurate.
