Default 8703e wont reset

Please Login to Remove!

i just downloaded a few apps and i uploaded them onto my phone with the application loader. the screen is now going from white with a hourglass like it is resetting to black then back to white, its been doing this for about a half hour. ive pulled the battery a bunch of times and it isnt working at all. Anyone know what i should do?

Try this this.

1. Unplug BB from PC.
2. Launch the Application Loader like you were going to install something.
3. While the app loader is attempting to connect to the BB, plug the USB cable into the BB.
4. Remove the apps you installed.

May have to start all over. Best thing to do is let it go it can take quite some time for the BB to restart pulling the battery wasn't a prudent thing to do

i plugged it in and removed the bad apps and it worked thanks a lot
