Default Address Book sync problem with Title

Please Login to Remove!

I synced my MS Outlook address book to my 8830, but the Title appears before the name. When I receive an email, it trys to show Account Executive John Doe, but all I can see is Account Execut or so. I mapped Title in Outlook to Title in BB. How can I setup the address book to display the name, followed by Title, rather than other way around?

Default

That is not "title" but "position" or something else in outlook.

A title is such as Mr., Dr., Governor., etc.
