Default Missed call not showing in call log

Please Login to Remove!

Yesterday I had a friend who was with me call my phone so I could capture their phone number in the call log for later use. But today when I went to find it, it's gone.

I have missed calls show up in my messages list. Does the call go away in the call log if you delete the call in the message list?? If that's not it, what else might cause this problem? Bottom line is any call I make, receive or miss, I want it to show in my call log. Is there a way to insure that happens and they never get deleted and/or go away until they "roll off" the bottom?
