Default 7520 Telenave problems

Please Login to Remove!

Hey Everybody,

Sorry, I know this is the "7200 Forum" so please don't flame. I tried to find a section for Nextel blackberries.

So basically I have a Nextel Blackberry 7520 and I am trying to run Telenav GPS and I get an Error saying:

"The application telenav has attempted to open an internal connetion which is not allowed by your IT Policy"

I have spent countless hours on the phone with sprint/nextel and telenav and they have no idea. They keep passing the buck to somebody else. I have done policy changes w/ sprint and Telenav. I have gone from uninstalling Telenav to reinstalling and doing a master reset. The only thing I haven't tried is having sprint backing up my data and flashing the device.

Does anybody have any input?
