| Installing 3rd party apps. using Desktop Manager and not OTA. Please Login to Remove! Hello,
I'm receiving a BlackBerry 8700C via Ebay. (I've already read the Ebay guide, etc that a member of this forum linked me, thanks for the help.) anyways I will not have a BB plan for awhile and from my understanding, I may be able to use a 3rd party browser using my current "generic" data plan.
Now, I've done abit of research, and came across the "Opera Mini Browser", the only problem I see now is that this can only be downloaded via phone browser. Is there any hope for me? I understand there is a program for the BlackBerry where you can install Apps and things from your computer desktop, the Ebay ad did not specify if this program is included or not, I'm assuming that it isnt included, is there a place on the internet where I can download this Desktop Manager? Is there any other 3rd Party Browsers that can be placed on the phone without having to use OTA?
Thanks for the help.
