We have a couple of 8700g's which seem to have predictive text active in email.

One users had somehow managed to edit "a" to display "on on" which was easily resolved.

I can see that you can turn the function off for SMS, but is it possible for email ?

There is no predictive text on BB except in the newest 8130, right now. It is coming is OS upgrades next year.

"a" to "on on" is a result of that user accidentally changing their Language Input to "Catala". Go to Options > Language and change it back.

While there at that option in Languages, advise them to disable the shortcut of being able to press Alt+Enter for Language Input change.
