Hey everyone, I was just wondering if there was a way that I could have my phone pair with my car automatically, without me having to turn bluetooth on (when I get in) and off (when I get out). I know the phone's battery is great, but I've heard keeping bluetooth on all the time drastically depletes the battery. Is there any way around this or will I just have to turn it on/off when I get in/out of the car, or just keep it on all the time?

what he said. Sprint cdma really burns thru a battery if anything is working it. 12 hours and mine is at 50%

i leave bluetooth on all the time and haven't had a problem with draining the battery yet.... then again, my last phone was a Samsung M610 so a 50% battery after a full day of usage is outstanding ;)

I have a retractable cord car charger (@ $7 from Wal-Mart), and I keep the PC USB cable in my laptop bag and frequently plug it in at work, so that helps.... I may try turning BT off/on if it ever becomes problematic, but it hasn't been an issue so far... having my car automatically pick it up when it's in my pocket without me having to think about it is nice.

I still have till 1am before my day is done. 4 more hours maybe until it gets a charge. I am considering a larger battery or a second battery.
