After repeated dropped calls and problems with NXTL and my 7100i, I called CS and told them i was ready to buy out the rest of my contract ($600) so i wouldnt have to deal with them any more. After about an hour on the phone with CS2 i was able to make a lateral move over to Sprint without extending any of the contracts. They also gave me 3 new phones including the 7130e.

The Service with Sprint is much better as well as the coverage.

Just wanted to let everyone know to just keep pressing and CS will eventually give in. I guess their tired of losing all their customers to other Carriers.

I just canx my last personal unit with Nextel. I am still carrying a company i7100 but my personal unit is an 8320 and can't be happier!

It took me 29mins of dealing with the "senior account reps" to finally get them to canx the account. They seem to want to do anything to save customers (since 1998). Too bad two tin cans and a string are better than there service in my market.
