Default Complete OS Wipe

Please Login to Remove!

My 8800 has some security software on it that was installed by my previous company. I've done the usual wipe but still that software is on there. It won't let me add any applications including a browser so I'm thinking I need to take it down another level if that's possible.

Also, when I've done a wipe and reloaded I get this: KnJCDE.cod invalid

any suggestions?

thanks

Download jl_cmder and wipe the entire device. Then reload the latest OS. You should be good to go then.

You actually need to remove the previous employer's IT Security Policy. In the FAQ for detailed instructions:

This is good to know since I will be putting my 8310 onto our corporate BES Server and keeping my 8820 as my personal BB. But I own both phones so if anything were to occur I want to know how to clean my BB.
