I'm assuming you have blackberry data service (BIS) and you want to have your personal email sent to the blackberry. Take a look at Methods of Receiving Email on BlackBerry - BlackBerryFAQ.

Yes I do have a data plan, Ive sent ppl emails before and they have emailed me back on it. I am still however confused as to the link you sent me. Is there something I can change in outlook so that it forwards all my emails to my bb??

You can set your outlook to forward, or set up redirector (as described in the article on methods of receiving email on the blackberry. But it is much easier and better, in my opinion and many others, to setup internet email in your BIS. You may be able to do this from your blackberry device, but certainly (I would think) from your carrier's BIS web page. If you were on T-Mobile US I would walk you through it.

Do you see an icon on your blackberry that is labeled something like setup wizard, or maybe one that is labeled something like setup internet email? Or else, are you able to log on to a BIS page through your carrier's web site?

southerngirl, by way of explaination, I have three personal email accounts in addition to my tmo.blackberry.net account. One is yahoo. The other two are personal isp POP3 accounts that I access with MS Outlook. I have all three setup in BIS. The blackberry servers get the emails from these accounts and send them to the blackberry. As I say, this is the preferred method, in my opinion.

So, are you making headway?
