okay here is a dumb one for you.....I wanted to get simulsays (voicemailsucks.com) but in order to activate it you need to be able to dial "*" first than a number. I CAN'T get the "*" to register in order to dial the number. Now what???

You can't push the *71 for it to work it that what your saying.

Yes. On the web site it says to "activate" call *xxxxx. but I can't get the * to register when making a call. I tried putting the numbers first then scrolling back to add the * but that didn't work either.

On your mobile phone, dial *717815590226 and press send. After sending, you will be on SimulScribe

Try shift then star, or push the green phone button then star.

When you were trying before were you "dialing from the homescreen"? And that wouldn't work? Or were you already in the phone screen and it didn't work?
