Default Gmail question...

Please Login to Remove!

I've had a Blackberry (currently, T-MObile 8800) for a min. now, but I've got a question.

You know how if you delete an e-mail in Yahoo, it's deleted in your Yahoo inbox as well? Is there any way to set that up with Gmail? My gmail gets so much e-mail, so any way that I can delete Gmail messages as they go along without having to log in on a PC would be great. I know about the gmail app, but I was wondering if you could delete them in the messages application.

If you delete it on your handheld it will delete your in-box, just like yahoo. In fact, gmail is great with blackberry, very fast.

Hasn't been working for me, yo. Msg is still there in my gmail when I delete it.

EDIT
Only if I set the Options to "On conflict, Handheld Wins"...but would that start to delete old gmail - whatever gmail I hadn't had come to the Blackberry before setting it up - or will itonly delete gmail when I manually delete msgs?
