Talking 8700C (Cingular) work on Verizon network?

I have an old 8700C I used when I had cingular. I have Verizon and want to know if I can do anything to use the 8700c with Verizon?

Can it be unlocked or such to work with Verizon?

Please let me know.

No it can't. The 8700c is a gsm device and takes a sim card. Verizon is on the cdma network and doesn't use sim cards.

The networks are not compatible. Won't work. Also, Verizon (and Sprint) are picky about what phones they let ont heir networks. Generally the phone as to be a Verizon phone to be used on the Verizon network.
