Default Enhanced Email viewers?

Please Login to Remove!

New to BB, and the 8830 on Verizon, and very disappointed with the way email is displayed in the native BB software. I've done a little research, and found two products, "Empower Pro" and "BBSmart". Any comments regarding your experience with these two products (quality, reliability, support), would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure I'm not the only one disappointed by the native email viewer...how many people bother with third-party applications?
Thanks very much in advance!

I just started using Empower Pro and it is excellent. The e-mail just opens up quickly and shows it in HTML format. I highly recommend that program. I also using BBSmart and it is a great product, too. But the Pro version of Empower is faster, in my opinion.

I have tried both and Empower is by far the best .. And I second the fact that Ani and team are there for you when you need them. Excellent Program and extremely tweak-able. Have fun with it, I am sure that you will love it.

I started with BBSmart and liked it fine until it started locking me up with "uncaught exception error" multiple times.

Went to Empower Pro and love it! Faster by far! More configurable also.

I paid for BbSmart and still put it down in favor of paying for Empower Pro.
